Chief Administrative Officer
Allison Cannon has more than 15 years of experience in senior-level business, healthcare and legal operations experience. She is currently the Chief Administrative Officer for Quality In Real Time (QIRT).
Prior to her current position, Allison was a consultant and then led QIRT’s consulting division services where she consulted for many home care agencies throughout the country performing operational assessments and providing guidance on best practices for agencies to follow. In addition, she has consulted with several start up agencies throughout the country and has worked with agencies during their accreditation process, has developed training programs for staff, handled HIPAA and compliance matters and created state specific policy and procedure manuals for agencies.
Prior to joining QIRT, Allison served in various leadership roles in higher education, non-profit and legal arenas focusing on the operational, financial and risk management areas.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany and a Master of Arts Degree in Government and Politics with a focus in Public Administration from St. John’s University.
